Quincy raises $46M to build the intelligence layer for real estate.

The round was led by Alder Peak Ventures, with participation from Northgate Partners and existing investors. The new capital accelerates product development and grows Quincy's engineering and customer teams in New York and Tel Aviv.

Quincy already runs inside investment firms overseeing tens of thousands of units, connecting their property managers, reports and inboxes into one company brain.

"Quincy is doing for real-estate data what the best intelligence platforms did for law - one layer over everything, with answers you can trust."
Dana Whitmore, Partner at Alder Peak Ventures

The intelligence layer over your entire portfolio.

Quincy connects to the systems and property managers your investment firm already runs on - and turns scattered data into alerts, answers, and actions.

Quincy is the personal assistant connected to the company brain of all your real-estate data.

Platform

One platform over every property manager you work with.

You don't manage properties. You manage the companies that manage them - and everything you know about them arrives once a month, in a PDF. Quincy sits on top of it all: one intelligence layer across every property, every PM, every report.

For asset managers

Run every asset on one platform, with your team and your assistant working from the same context. Oversight that used to take an analyst a morning takes one glance.

Answers that cross assets and investors, sourced to the page. From variance hunts to LP questions, the work starts from the portfolio's own data - not from memory.

The Morning Brief

Your portfolio, before your first coffee.

Every night Quincy reads everything your portfolio produced - owner reports, rent rolls, invoices, PM emails - and condenses it into one brief, ordered by severity rather than arrival. What changed, what it costs, and what to do about it, with every line linked back to the source document.

  • One brief across every property and PM, delivered at 7:00 AM.
  • Ranked by dollar impact - not by which PM shouted loudest.
  • Every claim opens the exact page it came from.
The Assistant

Ask your portfolio anything. In plain English.

"Why did NOI drop at Austin Park in March?" "Which leases above 2,000 sqft expire this quarter?" The Assistant answers across properties, PM companies and report formats in seconds - and puts the source document one click away, so no answer ever asks for blind trust.

  • Cross-portfolio questions answered in seconds, not analyst-days.
  • Every answer cited to the report, lease or invoice behind it.
  • Follow-ups keep context - ask like you'd ask your analyst.
The Company Brain

One data layer over every system you already run.

Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, Entrata, inboxes, shared drives - Quincy connects read-only, structures what it finds into one model of your portfolio, and cross-checks every figure against its source. Always current, never migrated, never rip-and-replace.

  • Read-only connectors to the systems and inboxes you already have.
  • Every number cross-checked against its source document.
  • One consistent model across PM companies and report formats.
Alerts & Variance Watch

The problem surfaces the week it happens.

Occupancy dips, maintenance overruns, collection misses, upcoming expirations - Quincy watches every stream continuously and flags variance against budget and plan as it emerges, weeks before it would reach the monthly owner report.

  • Variance against budget, plan and prior period - continuously.
  • Lease expirations and renewals tracked per unit, per property.
  • Severity tuned to your thresholds, not generic defaults.
Suggested Actions

From finding to follow-through, in one click.

When Quincy surfaces a problem it prepares the response: the PM inquiry drafted with the figures attached, the task opened, the owner update outlined. Nothing sends itself - every action waits for your approval.

  • PM inquiries drafted with the relevant figures attached.
  • Tasks and reminders opened in your existing tools.
  • Every action logged - approved, edited or dismissed by you.
Portfolio Answers

The LP question, answered before the call.

NOI versus budget across the fund, collection rates by PM, exposure by market, expirations by quarter. The cross-portfolio questions that investors, boards and partners actually ask - answered from the portfolio's own data, sourced to the page.

  • NOI vs budget, collections, occupancy - across any cut.
  • Answers export straight into IC memos and LP updates.
  • Every figure traceable to its source report.
